Prophecy of Northern Kingdom

HOSEA 6 : ISRAEL AND JUDAH ARE UNREPENTANT

1Come, and let us return to the LORD: for he has torn, and he will heal us; he has smitten, and he will bind us up.

2After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.

Though we know Christ made it possible for the return to begin,
the restoration would not fully come fruition until we were in the 3rd day of the punishment.

Is there a way for us to know where we are  in the grand scheme of things in this timeline?

EZEKIAL 4 : THE SIEGE OF JERUSALEM PREDICTED

1You also, son of man, take you a tile, and lay it before you, and portray on it the city, even Jerusalem: 2And lay siege against it, and build a fort against it, and cast a mount against it; set the camp also against it, and set battering rams against it round about. 3Moreover take you to you an iron pan, and set it for a wall of iron between you and the city: and set your face against it, and it shall be besieged, and you shall lay siege against it. This shall be a sign to the house of Israel.

4Lie you also on your left side, and lay the iniquity of the house of Israel on it: according to the number of the days that you shall lie on it you shall bear their iniquity. 5For I have laid on you the years of their iniquity, according to the number of the days, 390 days: so shall you bear the iniquity of the house of Israel. 6And when you have accomplished them, lie again on your right side, and you shall bear the iniquity of the house of Judah forty days: I have appointed you each day for a year.7Therefore you shall set your face toward the siege of Jerusalem, and your arm shall be uncovered, and you shall prophesy against it. 8And, behold, I will lay bands on you, and you shall not turn you from one side to another, till you have ended the days of your siege.

The Northern Kingdom should have begun being restored after 390 years, which is 331 BC.

However, history shows that the Northern Kingdom never returned to their land.

So what else does Scripture give us that can shed light on this.

LEVITICUS 26 : PUNISHMENTS FOR DISOBEDIENCE
14But if you will not listen to me, and will not do all these commandments; 15And if you shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that you will not do all my commandments, but that you break my covenant: 16I also will do this to you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and you shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it. 17And I will set my face against you, and you shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and you shall flee when none pursues you. 18And if you will not yet for all this listen to me, then I will punish you 7 timesmore for your sins. 19And I will break the pride of your power; and I will make your heaven as iron, and your earth as brass: 20And your strength shall be spent in vain: for your land shall not yield her increase, neither shall the trees of the land yield their fruits.21And if you walk contrary to me, and will not listen to me; I will bring 7 times more plagues on you according to your sins.

Which is after 2 days and in the 3rd of the punishment.

This is the beginning of the process of the hearts of the Northern Kingdom,
begin to come back to Him in large numbers.

Thus concluding the Northern Kingdom’s judgement.

The work of Christ started the restoration

but its in the 3rd day that He completes the restoration.

After 2 days he will revive us; on the third day he will restore us,

that we may live in his presence.  (as it says in Hosea 6:2)

He is bringing people back to his ways and back to His law.

DEUTERONOMY 30 : RESTORATION PROMISED
1And it shall come to pass, when all these things are come on you, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before you, and you shall call them to mind among all the nations, where the LORD your God has driven you, 2And shall return to the LORD your God, and shall obey his voice according to all that I command you this day, you and your children, with all your heart, and with all your soul; 3That then the LORD your God will turn your captivity, and have compassion on you, and will return and gather you from all the nations, where the LORD your God has scattered you. 4If any of your be driven out to the outmost parts of heaven, from there will the LORD your God gather you, and from there will he fetch you: 5And the LORD your God will bring you into the land which your fathers possessed, and you shall possess it; and he will do you good, and multiply you above your fathers.
This is not regarding the Exodus from Egypt.

This was spoken 40 years after Egypt, to the second generation, to those who left there.

The prophecy of this Exodus has yet to take place.

The time is coming when the Father is bringing back

both the Northern and Southern Kingdom, back to the land.
MICAH 2 :  THE REMNANT OF ISRAEL
12I will surely assemble, O Jacob, all of you; I will surely gather the remnant of Israel; I will put them together as the sheep of Bozrah, as the flock in the middle of their fold: they shall make great noise by reason of the multitude of men.
