Part 8

Nimrod, who was the builder of Babylon, and who the powers of the world worship, created a labrynth for us.  The author of confusion.

MATTHEW 25 : A TREE AND ITS FRUIT

21Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’ 23Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you;

depart from Me, you workers of lawlessness.’

THE HOUSE ON THE ROCK

24Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts on them is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. 25The rain fell, the torrents raged, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because its foundation was on the rock. 26But everyone who hears these words of Mine and does not act on them is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. 27The rain fell, the torrents raged, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell—and great was its collapse!”

We live in land of pure and utter confusion and lawlessness.

WHAT?!?

We can’t even agree on what is a male vs a female anymore.

Mixing Male and Female.  Androgyny.

Ephraim, he hath mixed himself among the people; Ephraim is a cake not turned.

ribbonHebrews 4

2For to us was the gospel preached, as well as to them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.

The only thing that needs to be mixed is the word mixed with faith.

33For God is not the author of confusion,

but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.

ribbonJEREMIAH 51 : INSTRUCTION TO EXILES

6Flee from the midst of Babylon,
            And each of you save his life!
            Do not be destroyed in her punishment,
            For this is the LORD’S time of vengeance;
            He is going to render recompense to her.
17All mankind is stupid, devoid of knowledge;
            Every goldsmith is put to shame by his idols,
            For his molten images are deceitful,
            And there is no breath in them.

18They are worthless, a work of mockery;
            In the time of their punishment they will perish.

45“Come forth from her midst, My people,
            And each of you save yourselves
            From the fierce anger of the LORD.

46“Now so that your heart does not grow faint,
            And you are not afraid at the report that will be heard in the land—
            For the report will come one year,
            And after that another report in another year,
            And violence will be in the land
            With ruler against ruler—

47Therefore behold, days are coming
            When I will punish the idols of Babylon;
            And her whole land will be put to shame
            And all her slain will fall in her midst.

48“Then heaven and earth and all that is in them
            Will shout for joy over Babylon,
            For the destroyers will come to her from the north,”
            Declares the LORD.

49Indeed Babylon is to fall for the slain of Israel,
As also for Babylon the slain of all the earth have fallen.

50You who have escaped the sword,
            Depart! Do not stay!
            Remember the LORD from afar,
            And let Jerusalem come to your mind.

ribbonREVELATION 18 : BABYLON IS FALLEN

1After this I saw another angel descending from heaven with great authority, and the earth was illuminated by his glory. 2And he cried out in a mighty voice:

“Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great!aShe has become a lair of demons. She is a haunt for every unclean spirit, a hideout for every unclean bird, and a hold for every detestable beast.b 3All the nations have drunkc the wine of the passion of her immorality. The kings of the earth were immoral with her, and the merchants of the earth have grown wealthy through the extravagance of her luxury.” 4Then I heard another voice from heaven say:

“Come out of her, my people,d so that you will not share in her sins or contract any of her plagues.

5For her sins are piled up to heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities.

ribbonGenesis 37 : Joseph’s Dreams

1And Jacob dwelled in the land wherein his father was a stranger, in the land of Canaan. 2These are the generations of Jacob.

Joseph, being    years old, was feeding the flock with his brothers;

and the lad was with the sons of Bilhah, and with the sons of Zilpah, his father’s wives: and Joseph brought to his father their evil report. 3Now Israel loved Joseph more than all his children, because he was the son of his old age: and he made him a coat of many colors. 4And when his brothers saw that their father loved him more than all his brothers, they hated him, and could not speak peaceably to him.

5And Joseph dreamed a dream, and he told it his brothers: and they hated him yet the more. 6And he said to them, Hear, I pray you, this dream which I have dreamed: 7For, behold,

we were binding sheaves in the field, and, see, my sheaf arose, and also stood upright; and, behold, your sheaves stood round about, and made obeisance to my sheaf. 8And his brothers said to him, Shall you indeed reign over us? or shall you indeed have dominion over us? And they hated him yet the more for his dreams, and for his words.

Their fruit bowed down to his.

What does this mean?

What is their fruit?

REVELATION 18 : BABYLON IS FALLEN

11And the merchants of the earth will weep and mourn over her, because there is no one left to buy their cargo—12cargo of gold, silver, precious stones, and pearls; of fine linen, purple, silk, and scarlet; of all kinds of citron wood and every article of ivory and precious wood, of bronze, iron, and marble; 13of cinnamon, spice, incense, myrrh, and frankincense; of wine, olive oil, fine flour, and wheat; of cattle, sheep, horses, and chariots; of slaves and souls of men.

14The fruit of your soul’s desire has departed from you; all your luxury and splendor have vanished, never to be seen again.”

23The light of a lamp will never shine in you again, and the voices of a bride and bridegroom will never call out in you again.

For your merchants were the great ones of the earth, because all the nations were deceived by your sorcery.”

Who deceives the whole earth?

 MERCHANTS

“Studies show that the typical consumer is bombarded by 5,000 advertising messages a day.”

~NY Times 1988

Telling you that this is the target which you should aim at.

More merchandise.  Work harder for more money so you can buy more stuff.

The word, “Sin” is derived from an archers term for missing the mark.

23The archers have sorely grieved him, and shot at him, and hated him:

I can attest that I have been sorely grieved because of archers missing the mark.

I was also, unfortunately, born on Valentine’s Day.

Every one of my relationships have ended up sorely grieving me.

I was missing the mark in all of them.

I gave none of them to God, and I didn’t follow his guidance concerning them.

9And he dreamed yet another dream, and told it his brothers, and said, Behold, I have dreamed a dream more; and, behold, the sun and the moon and the eleven stars made obeisance to me.

10And he told it to his father, and to his brothers: and his father rebuked him, and said to him, What is this dream that you have dreamed? Shall I and your mother and your brothers indeed come to bow down ourselves to you to the earth? 11And his brothers envied him; but his father observed the saying.

25And they sat down to eat bread: and they lifted up their eyes and looked, and, behold, a company of Ishmeelites came from Gilead with their camels bearing spices and balm and myrrh, going to carry it down to Egypt. 26And Judah said to his brothers, What profit is it if we slay our brother, and conceal his blood? 27Come, and let us sell him to the Ishmeelites, and let not our hand be on him; for he is our brother and our flesh. And his brothers were content. 28Then there passed by Midianites merchants; and they drew and lifted up Joseph out of the pit, and sold Joseph to the Ishmeelites for 20 pieces of silver: and they brought Joseph into Egypt.

ISAIAH 2 : THE MOUNTAIN OF THE LORD

1The word that Isaiah the son of Amoz saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem.

2And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the LORD’s house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow to it.

3And many people shall go and say, Come you, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.

4And he shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.

5O house of Jacob, come you, and let us walk in the light of the LORD.

THE DAY OF THE RECKONING

6Therefore you have forsaken your people the house of Jacob, because they be replenished from the east, and are soothsayers like the Philistines, and they please themselves in the children of strangers.

7Their land also is full of silver and gold, neither is there any end of their treasures; their land is also full of horses, neither is there any end of their chariots:

8Their land also is full of idols; they worship the work of their own hands, that which their own fingers have made:

9And the mean man bows down, and the great man humbles himself: therefore forgive them not.

10Enter into the rock, and hide you in the dust, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty.
11The lofty looks of man shall be humbled, and the haughtiness of men shall be bowed down, and the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day.
12For the day of the LORD of hosts shall be on every one that is proud and lofty, and on every one that is lifted up; and he shall be brought low:

13And on all the cedars of Lebanon, that are high and lifted up, and on all the oaks of Bashan,

14And on all the high mountains, and on all the hills that are lifted up,

15And on every high tower, and on every fenced wall,

16And on all the ships of Tarshish, and on all pleasant pictures.

And the loftiness of man shall be bowed down,

and the haughtiness of men shall be made low:

and the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day.

18And the idols he shall utterly abolish.

19And they shall go into the holes of the rocks, and into the caves of the earth, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty, when he rises to shake terribly the earth.

THE SIXTH SEAL: TERROR

12And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, see, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;13And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, even as a fig tree casts her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. 14And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

15And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every slave, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; 16And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:

For the great day of his wrath is come;

and who shall be able to stand?

 20In that day a man shall cast his idols of silver, and his idols of gold, which they made each one for himself to worship, to the moles and to the bats;

21To go into the clefts of the rocks, and into the tops of the ragged rocks, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty, when he rises to shake terribly the earth.

22Cease you from man, whose breath is in his nostrils: for wherein is he to be accounted of ?

God then pulled out 1, Abram, out the 70 nations
