We see in Revelation 

Babylon is established again

worldwide and we are unknowingly captive.

Revelation 18 : Babylon is Fallen

‘Tyre’ is personified as the final Babylon and who will be Judged at Judgement day.

Matthew 11 :  Woe to the Unrepentant  

It shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the day of judgment, than for you.

Tyre is where Mount Hermon is and where Jesus told Peter the gates of hell would not prevail against it.

After 70 years of Babylonian Captivity, the first thing the priest did was to gather  the people and read the Law,  so they understood it.

Nehemiah 8 : Ezra Reads the Law (Deuteronomy 31:9-13)

1And all the people gathered themselves together as one man into the street that was before the water gate; and they spoke to Ezra the scribe to bring the book of the law of Moses, which the LORD had commanded to Israel. 2And Ezra the priest brought the law before the congregation both of men and women, and all that could hear with understanding, on the first day of the seventh month. 3And he read therein before the street that was before the water gate from the morning until midday, before the men and the women, and those that could understand; and the ears of all the people were attentive to the book of the law. 

This is important to understand in regards to the Law.  They had been taken into captivity in part because they didn’t understand the Law and therefore weren’t obedient to it. As we see in Daniel, who was one those exiled in Babylon…

13 As it is written in the law of Moses,
